Nishant graduated from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi with first class honors’ degree. He has over 6 years of experience in the architectural designing, co-ordination and project management of largescale residential, commercial and recreational projects spaced across the world. He has successfully delivered projects that include phased developments with complex engineering and sustainable standards in recent years.

He has a keen eye for architectural detailing and has contributed to the preparation of specifications for numerous high-end residential projects in India and the United Kingdom. Acting as a lead consultant, he has effectively planned, scheduled, coordinated and delivered more than 20 multi-storied residential/commercial projects from the pre-tender to the completion stage. His extensive construction knowledge in upcoming technologies of the building industry enables him to deliver projects in more cost-effective and timely manner.

His determination towards achieving excellence in design and construction can be seen in his work and this enables him to deliver projects successfully.
